Catherine Stephan is a first year doctoral student from Long Island, New York. She received her BS in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Davidson College in North Carolina. After graduating, she worked in the Department of Neuropsychology at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland, where she assisted research investigating the neuropsychological basis of a variety of developmental disorders in pediatric populations. Catherine’s current research interests look to help identify the neuropsychological underpinnings of adaptive abilities in youth with developmental disorders, and support targeted interventions aimed at increasing independence in this population. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys running and spending time with friends.
